Main Objective - This collective will give you the knowledge, tools and talking points to help move your board to greater effectiveness.
Major Topics - Remind me…why do we have a board? Getting expectations right, establishing the lines of communication — consultation and authority, streamline your meeting, and keep focused on the future and not the past.
Duration - 5 Sessions (Over 8 weeks.)
Schedule - Meets every other week via Video Conference (Zoom) for 1 Hour. See session info. for exact time.
Collective Size - 7 to 12 people.
Expectations - Participants should expect an hour between each meeting to complete assignments.

A word about this collective

After 25 years of working with larger churches, Dave has found that the biggest missing resource to help a church move forward is often its board. Why is that? Most leaders don’t know how to move their board from where it is now to where it needs to be. Dave will use five sessions to help pastors and church board leaders move their boards to bigger impact.

The opening session will be orientation but then help give you five very practical tools that have helped boards be better equipped to handle the challenges of the future.
