Main Objective - To prepare New XPs to thrive in their roles!
Major Topics - Leadership Styles, Team Development, Planning for Longevity, Leading from The Second Chair…
Duration - 4 Weeks.
Schedule - Meets weekly via Video Conference (Zoom) for 1 Hour. See session information for exact time.
Collective Size - 7 to 12 people.
Expectations - Participants should expect 2 hours of reading/pre-work each week and a 1 hour meeting.

A word about this collective

Greetings, if you are a new Executive Pastor or Non-Profit Leader and feeling a little overwhelmed or just really want to hit the ground running in your new role, you have come to the right place! The New XP Collective is deigned for just such a person. Having been an executive pastor at a mega-church and consulted with several others, I have seen many of the typical challenges that come along with these roles. In this collective we want to equip and encourage you to not only start out on the right foot, but also put in the appropriate foundation to help ensure ministry longevity! Get ready to grapple with some game changing concepts with myself and a number of other New XPs that you can connect with on this journey of Advancing His Kingdom!
