Collective Overview

Main Objective - This four session Collective will provide you with “engagement” tools and strategies to implement with your teams, congregations and communities for real, sustainable Gospel impact!
Major Topics:

  • Session 1: Engage your Team - Get on the same page with those you serve and lead with. (Yes, its a dangling preposition! With whom I’m happy!)

  • Session 2: Engage your Next Gen Leaders - What do they need from you to level up?

  • Session 3: Engage your Congregation – Attending, Serving, Giving, is this all there is?

  • Session 4: Engage your Community – What in the world is it gonna take to git you to church?

Duration - 4 Weeks.
Schedule - Meets weekly via Video Conference (Zoom) for 1 Hour. See session information for exact time.
Collective Size - 7 to 12 people.
Expectations - Participants should expect 2 hours of reading/pre-work each week and a 1 hour meeting.

In the church world “engagement” is the new buzz word! Everybody wants it. But what is it? And how do you know when you’ve got it? Glad you asked! In this collective we will cover this topic with a balance of content and conversation with ministry leaders facing the same challenges (and opportunities) as you. No canned video here! “Live” conversations with real people! Includes additional resources. (eBooks, book summaries, and reading lists.)
